We have space available for your next corporate party, board meeting, family reunion, private celebration or party, or other gatherings. We can accommodate smaller and larger groups for various purposes. Contact our office for more information and availability .

There is a wonderful outdoor space, which can accommodate very large groups during the beautiful weather of spring, summer and fall. We also have a smaller, indoor room better suited for meetings and more formal group gatherings. Separate from those, we also have a party room that is perfect for birthday parties, family reunions, or the special gathering of your choice.
*All facility renters are expected to clean their used spaces and return them to the condition in which they were found. Leaving spaces in poor condition may be met with an additional cleaning charge or loss of future renting consideration*
Board Room & Classroom
Two spacious rooms available for your meetings or events. Located within the main building, the rooms are heated and available year round.
Maximum of 25 people.
Cost: $25 per room per hour
Dates Available: Year-round
Outdoor & Barn
Host your events, picnics, or get togethers in our heated barn! Along with the large indoor barn area you also have access to the adjoining fenced property and parking lot south of the main building.
Maximum of 100 people indoors.
Cost: $25 per hour
Dates Available: Year-round
Office Spaces
In addition to our kitchenette, which is avaliable to all groups renting the boardroom and/or classroom, we also have three office rooms of varying sizes avaliable for use.
- Add these to your boardroom or classroom rental as breakout rooms, or extra space for a small fee.
- Rent these spaces specifically for 1-on-1 meetings or a more personal meeting space.
- or Ask us about leasing these spaces as your home away from home on an extended lease contract.
*Please note that furniture will be supplied by the renter and that these rooms are not sound proof.

Cityscape
Access to our unique Cityscape can be added to any existing rental (barn or main) for $10 per hour or $50 per day based on a full day (6 or more hours) rental. Or as a standalone rental for $15 per hour of $80 per day based on a full day (6 or more hours).
All rentals are required to provide proof of Liability Insurance with 2 million coverage. All individuals within the CityScape riding a device of any nature must be wearing the proper PPE – Safety City assumes no liability for individuals or groups who refuse to wear PPE.
